Joshua is currently working as Master Electrician at The Wick Theatre and Costume Museum in FL while studying theatre design and tech at Northern Arizona University. In the summer and fall of 2015 he planned and launched the NAU USITT Chapter Mentorship program, creating opportunities for distinguished students to lead seminars and teach their peers various skills in technical theatre.

Joshua recently finished working as Master Electrician for Surflight Theatre for the two final shows of their season. Last Year he worked as part of the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey's 2016 Summer Professional Training Program as an electrician and filled the role of lead programmer while there. During his time on NAU's campus, he worked at Ardrey Auditorium in Flagstaff Arizona on the NAU campus as an electrician, house hand, and stage manager. During the summer between high school and college, Joshua worked as a lighting intern for Clearwing Productions in the Phoenix office, fulfilling jobs from quality control to system installment and working arena shows.

Outside of theatre, his hobbies include rock climbing, hiking, and photography.
